Job Description
Red Gate Farm is seeking hard-working, kind, and enthusiastic individuals to help lead day and overnight summer programs. Summer Educators live and work on the farm, mentoring children ages 5 - 17. Red Gate Farm Education Center’s mission is to grow children who are hard-working, confident, and kind.
Red Gate Farm believes farming is a powerful and creative tool that supports young people’s
emotional and social learning.

Our Farm Values

Employees are expected to embody the farm’s core values:

  • Being kind

  • Being respectful

  • Giving your all

  • Having fun and trying new things

One of my favorite things about working at Red Gate Farm is how rewarding each day is. Whether it is teaching a kid a new skill, building relationships with the community, learning a new skill yourself, or simply enjoying our homemade maple syrup.
